Carrots with orange and cinnamon
Ingredients:
peeled carrots wash and dry.
two noodles into very thin slices and grate the rest.
then bring them together in a saucepan with the cinnamon stick, zest of half an orange rind, orange juice and sugar all.
Add a ladle plenty of hot water and cook the jam for about 40 minutes, until thickened.
Pour immediately into jars washed and heated in oven at 100 degrees for about 30 minutes.
Close the jars with their lids, upside down and let it cool.
