meatballs.
Ingredients for 4 servings: 400 g minced meat
not skinny (the oil keeps the soft meatballs)
100 g of grated parmesan cheese 1 egg


1 clove garlic 1 tablespoon parsley 1 pinch nutmeg

flour 1 pinch of salt to taste


Procedure:
In a bowl mix the meat with the cheese, egg, garlic, some parsley chopped, nutmeg and salt.
Working carefully and pack the patties are not too large. Dip them in flour.
Heat oil in a pan and let brown the meatballs for about 5 minutes, then add water.
Cook for 5 minutes and sprinkle with parsley.
Place the meatballs on a tray and you're done.
